HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE RECIPE
To prepare the vegan chocolate mousse recipe start combining the almond milk and chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Sit over a half-filled saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Remove from the heat.
Add the silken tofu and vanilla extract, beating well with an electric whisk until smooth and creamy.
Divide the mixture between four serving cups.
Alternatively, spoon into a piping and pipe into cups.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve the vegan chocolate mousse with a dusting of cocoa powder on top.
